Deliveries are done Mondays – Sundays between 8AM and 2:30PM through Royal Mail delivery service.

Need a Device Tomorrow?

If you order today (before our last dispatch time) with a start date of tomorrow we would send the device today through a Next Day delivery service so it arrives at your address by tomorrow.

Last Dispatch times

  • Monday-Friday ( excluding public holidays): 3PM U.K time,
  • Saturdays : 10AM

If you order 2 days or more in advance (before your start of hire date)

Your assigned device would be delivered t your delivery address on your selected start of hire date, or 1 days in advance (as a courtesy if advance delivery is possible).

For Airport Collection or Local collection option

Your assigned device would be dispatched to the pickup location where it would be stored in the storage shop of the storage service company we work with. All you need to do is take your valid photo ID to the counter and ask for a “package” delivered there under your name.

The package includes a Free courtesy pre-paid return label you can use in posting the device back to use through any of the 100,000 post boxes or 10,000 post offices across the UK before you depart for the airport.

IMPORTANT: Please note, post boxes at the airport can only take in (accept) flat envelopes, hence the return package wouldn’t be able to fit into post boxes at the airport. So we recommend you post back the device before you leave the UK (for customers visiting the U.K and returning back home )
