You can hire a pocket size wifi internet device.
The rented wifi device can be delivered to your UK hotel, UK accommodation, UK office , any valid UK address you provide to us. Or you can order a local collection wifi option for it to be delivered and stored at one of the over 10,000 pickup points across the UK
When hiring a device, hire the delivery option, and when you reach the checkout page you can enter the address of the hotel/hostel/bed and breakfast (BandB). Ensure to include the name of the hotel and the delivery name (for the delivery section) should match the name of the person that your room was reserved under.
- When the package arrives at your accommodation, the delivery person would handed over the package to your hotel concierge/reception desk where it would be stored for you to pickup when you arrive there.
- When you arrive at your hotel/hotel/bed & breakfast , ensure to ask them for a package delivered for you.
- Please avoid asking for a “wifi device” delivered for you, because that will confuse them given they wouldn’t not open your package to know it’s a wifi device inside.
Your hire package includes a courtesy UK return postage label which you can use in posting the device back to us.
Just
package the device and items to be returned into a suitable/padded envelope at the end of your hire.
- Stick the return label on the envelope
- pop the envelope into any of the over 100,000 UK post boxes or drop it off the any of the over 10,000 UK post office counter where they can give you a drop off receipt.
Yes you can. Please see our list of hire collection option
Unfortunately that wouldn’t be possible. The local collection point and airport collection point are storage service companies we use for storing devices already paid for. Hence a device needs to be hired through our website, so that we can get it dispatched to the pickup location.
If you have any question, please email us info@travelwifirouter.co.uk
We aim to get device delivered on the date you provide as your start of hire date. Late/Last minute orders are dispatched through a “Next Working Day” delivery service so that they arrive there fast.
